Shallow Gasket Structure & Bottom Foam

The GK980 keyboard features a patented Shallow Gasket design, which includes an all-in-one silicone pad. This lightweight liquid silicone pad is precision-made to match each switch and is inserted between the PCB board and the plate. The Shallow Gasket silicone pad provides support in the main typing area and cushions the shock under every keystroke. Additionally, the keyboard contains a foam layer at the bottom to reduce hollow sounds and enhance the feeling of typing strokes.

Hot-swappable Module for Knobs and Switches

The GK980 keyboard is equipped with hot-swappable terminals, allowing you to install 3/5 pin switches directly without soldering. In this version, the GK980 includes hot-swappable modules specifically designed for both knobs and switches. By simply pulling out the module, you can easily swap the knob with a regular mechanical switch and keycap. The powerful proprietary software also allows you to customize the knob's function according to your preferences.

Wired and Wireless: Type-C, 2.4G & Bluetooth 5.1 Connections

The GK980 is designed for versatility and can be used in three distinct ways: Bluetooth 5.1, 2.4G USB wireless, and Type-C wired connections. You can connect the keyboard to your devices using the included Type-C cable, a 2.4G wireless dongle, or the latest Bluetooth 5.1 connection. The keyboard supports connecting up to 2 devices via Bluetooth and wireless 2.4GHz simultaneously, ensuring stable signal transmission for diverse work, study, and entertainment needs.

Split Spacebar Module & PBT Keycaps in GK5 Profile

As a member of the GK Lite series, the GK980 keyboard includes an extra split spacebar module (2.75U/2.25U/1.25U) that can be customized based on your typing habits. The keycaps are made of premium PBT material, providing a smooth and oil-proof surface that won't retain fingerprints even after long-term use. The GK5 profile ensures a comfortable typing experience while using the GK980 keyboard. Additionally, the keyboard offers 16.8 million RGB backlight options, allowing you to set up colors and lighting effects to match your preferences and room decor.
